Mick Harrison, Esq., is Vice-Chair for the newly formed Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry (www.lcfor911.org). The group’s mission is to develop and implement a legal strategy to achieve transparency and accountability regarding the crimes of 9/11.
Mr. Harrison will discuss:
Actual and pending Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases related to 9/11.
Current legal efforts of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, including a petition for a grand jury and civil litigation option.
The use of federal laws to protect whistleblowers on deep state issues such as 9/11.
The potential for success of pending and future 9/11 legal actions.
Mr. Harrison played an important role in securing the release of the “28 pages” related to the role of Saudi Arabia in the events of 9/11.
The actions that Mr. Harrison will discuss have the potential to be as consequential as the Pentagon Papers in the 1970s when Attorney Daniel Sheehan successfully argued the New York Times’ case for publication before the Supreme Court. Mr. Sheehan supports the work of the Lawyers’ Committee.
Mick Harrison, Esq., is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of the District of Columbia School of Law. He has a national practice focused on whistleblower protection, government accountability, corporate fraud and false claims, and dangers to public health and the environment. His success rate in whistleblower cases (settlement or court award) has been greater than 90%.
Mr. Harrison currently serves as the initial legal contact for potential NIST whistleblowers through the NIST Errors website (http://www.nisterrors.com/). NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology) is the federal agency that wrote the final report on the collapse of the three World Trade Center towers. Mr. Harrison’s full resume may be found here: http://www.nisterrors.com/attorney-mick-harrison-resume.html.
