Meet The MC and The Speakers
MC – Kristina Borjesson
Emmy Award and Murrow Award-winning investigative journalist and documentary film director and producer Kristina Borjesson is the MC of the Symposium. Ms. Borjesson has worked for major television networks including CBS, CNN and PBS, and is the director and producer of the acclaimed independent documentary film “TWA Flight 800”. She is currently producer and host of the online podcast “Whistleblower Newsroom”.
Mick Harrison, Esq.
Dispatches From The Battlefield – Where We’ve Been & Where Were Going
Attorney Harrison is a co-founder of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, a Member of the Board of Directors and the organization’s Litigation Director. Mr. Harrison is an experienced public interest plaintiffs’ attorney with a national practice focused on whistleblower protection, government oversight and accountability, and environmental protection. He will also host an interactive session on Legal Strategies and Tools for 9/11 Truth Advocates.
Christopher Gioia, Fire Dept. Chief, ret.
9/11: 21 Years Later
Christopher is a 30-year member of the New York City area Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department has also served as Fire Chief and Fire Commissioner. He is also a veteran of the Marine Corps as well as an EMT for 25 years.
Richard Gage, AIA, Architect
9/11: Crime Scene to Courtroom
Richard is a Member of the LC911 Board and is also partnering with the Lawyers’ Committee on an historic new documentary film series “9/11: Crime Scene to Courtroom.” Before joining LC911 Mr. Gage founded Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth and served for 15 years as the organization’s CEO. He is now independent at RichardGage911.org

Never Again
Erik is a retired firefighter from the Seattle Fire Department with 25 years of Emergency Services experience. He is the founder of Firefighters for 9/11 Truth and the Protecting All Protectors Alliance.

Barbara Honegger, M.S., Board Co-Chair, Author

Barbara is Member of the Board and Board Co-Chairman. An investigative journalist, Ms. Honegger formerly served as White House Policy Analyst, Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, Director of the Attorney General’s Gender Equity Task Force at the Dept. of Justice, and for more than a decade was the Senior Military Affairs Journalist at the Naval Postgraduate School, the premiere science, technology and national security affairs graduate research university of the Department of Defense. She is the author of the book October Surprise.

Attorney Sheehan is a nationally renowned public interest lawyer and a member of the LC911 Advisory Committee. He is co-founder of the Romero Institute and former chief counsel of the Christic Institute in Washington, D.C. His book The People’s Advocate is an insider’s account of the 50 years of high profile cases he has argued and won including the Pentagon Papers case for the New York Times, the Iran/Contra case, the Karen Silkwood case, ongoing legal work for the Lakota People’s Law Project and Let’s Green California, as well as many others.
